Shelly Masone is a graduate of West Virginia University with a degree in Business Administration-Marketing including minors in Spanish and Dance. She has developed, trained, and managed both sales and marketing consultants for the past 22 years in the Mid-Atlantic Region.
Ecotech Hydro Excavation is a certified women-owned family business that was born out of experience in standard excavating and the foresight to see the need for a safer way to dig.

We were happy to assist Susan Sullivan with Miss Utility at the recent safety day event held at the PEPCO service center in Rockville, MD.
This was a day set aside for PEPCO employees to stop in, get snacks, win prizes, and have the opportunity to be educated by various vendors set up with a safety message!
